Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. All prices shown include GST. Stripe processing fees (1.75% + 30c per transaction) apply to payments collected through the platform, which is standard for online payment processing.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if my club grows?
Basic plan pricing is based on member count tiers: 0-100 members ($10/year), 101-200 ($20/year), 201+ ($30/year). You'll only be charged the higher rate when you exceed the threshold, and all features remain unlimited.
What's the difference between Instructor Tier and Riding School?
Instructor Tier ($15/month) is designed for solo instructors running a single-person business with exactly 1 instructor (you). Riding School ($39/month + $99 setup) supports multi-instructor operations with staff scheduling, multiple instructors, and school horse management. If you're a solo instructor, the Instructor Tier has everything you need at a lower cost.
Can I combine plans?
Yes! You can combine Basic with Premium for email marketing, or add Riding School management to your Basic subscription. Instructor Tier is a standalone plan for solo instructors. ClubSite is a standalone comprehensive solution that includes club management features.

Yes! All plans include a free trial period so you can explore features before committing. No credit card required to start.
