The Cashmore Adult Riding Club Inc Official HRCAV Dressage Jackpot will take place on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th January 2026 at Yarraman Park, 134 Madeira Packet Rd, Portland, VIC 3305. The event will feature various dressage levels including Adv. 1, Adv. 2, Level 1 (1.1, 1.2), Level 2 (2.1, 2.2), Level 3 (3.1, 3.2), Level 4 (4.1, 4.2), and Level 5 (5.1, 5.2) using September 2020 tests. The same tests will be ridden on both days. Entry fee is $80 per Jackpot or $45 per test ($50 for CARC members). Entries close on Thursday 8th January 2026 and can be submitted via www.horsecomps.com.au. Prizes include sashes as per Event Rule 25, and awards for Jackpot, Runner Up, and 1st place. Camping is available for $10 per horse, with hot showers and yards provided. Raffle tickets will be available on the day with great prizes, and food will be available from Portland Fish n Chips (10am to 2pm daily) and the clubrooms (coffee, cake, slice, and nibbles). The event will be run under HRCAV Rules and Regulations. Competitors must present to Gear Check at least 20 minutes prior to their first test, wear registered club colors, approved helmets, and riding boots, and supply their own numbers for both sides of their horse. Riders must compete at their assessed level and one higher if chosen, and may ride in two jackpots. Protests must be lodged within 30 minutes of the posting of interim scores and accompanied by a $20 deposit. The decision of the Ground Jury is final. No secondary protests will be entered into.
